Support ticket system
Jumplead has a built-in support ticket system available within the admin centre. To create a support ticket go to Settings>Support, click on the 'New Ticket' tab and enter a subject and your support message. You'll receive email updates when we respond to your ticket.
During 9am - 5pm (GMT) we are available via a live chat helpdesk system that is built into Jumplead. To start a chat session with us, simply click on the speech bubble at the right hand side of the admin centre, and then click on 'Jumplead Helpdesk'.

There is also a message box at the bottom of most of the admin centre pages, where you can ask us a quick question or give us feedback.
